DAVE MILLER - DIRECTOR 

Dave is a professional sound engineer, producer and musician based in Dumfries, Scotland. Dave began his career in 2006 as a live sound engineer, mixing pub and club gigs. Throughout a decade involved in live music production, he has carried out work at a high level both locally, and internationally. During this time, Dave began to record and produce records for those he met along the way, drawn to him for a "live" and "raw" sound. He began recording on-location with a portable rig, hiring cottages and town halls throughout the region. 

Honing his craft as a recording engineer and producer throughout this time, Dave eventually took the plunge and opened a bricks and mortar studio in 2016, in which to base his engineering, production and playing work. From his space at Circa 16 Sound Recording, Dave is still active within live music, and currently produces records and works on a range of content for youth development services across the country.

HAGEN PATTERSON - DIRECTOR

Hagen Patterson joined the Dumfries Music Collective team as The Plaza Coordinator back in October 2019. He also runs his own D.I.Y. music management company, Big Red Management. Hagen takes great pride in working with the underground music scene, focusing on sustaining art for art's sake.

KIRSTY GEDDES - MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Kirsty is Dumfries Music Collective’s Marketing & Communications Manager. She specialises in strategy, content creation and marketing across all online and offline platforms. In addition, Kirsty runs a graphic design studio, working with clients across the UK.
